La gamme des conduits de chauffage en aluminium moulé présente une solution de chauffage efficace de petite taille pour le débit constant de liquides ou de gaz et qui élimine le besoin d’un récipient sous pression coûteux. Surtout dans les applications haute pression ou lorsqu’il faut des matériaux industriels exotiques, la gamme moulée antidéflagrante peut constituer un avantage commercial considérable.
La conception comprend des éléments chauffants électriques et un serpentin de chauffage industriel indirect enrobé d’aluminium moulé de qualité marine. Cela garantit d’excellentes qualités de transfert de la chaleur associées à de faibles températures de surface. Il convient toutefois de noter que cette conception ne convient pas pour des applications où le débit varie constamment nécessitant une commande précise de la température de sortie.
